Very professional and polite and honest

Fantastic experience. The posted price is the price. JSJ does not charge doc, prep, etc. fees. It took me maybe 30 minutes to buy the truck. You don't have to sit with a finance manager for an hour while they try to sell warranties, etc. They only have two employees, Lane the GM and Sam. Both are great guys are super easy to work with. JSJ Auto Sales is a great family-owned business. When I need my next car, I know where I'm going.

I received excellent service. They respond promptly, are very courteous and friendly, and are also reasonable and open to negotiation. I highly recommend this dealership.

Doug is great. Not pushy like most salesman I've had expirenced. I will definitely keep this dealership in mind and recommend.

Got back to me promptly told me what I needed to know

we had an appointment to look at a specific car, drove it, loved it. Was waiting on our own personal financing to send over money (already pre-approved for it). Another customer comes in half-hour later and wants to test drive the same car. Our saleslady says we were there first and was scheduled, so we had first dibs, no matter what, they would wait on our money. The other customer drove it, also loved it, had her financing come through first and dealership sold it to her instead. That salesman shouldn't of even been having her try for it since we wanted it and were preapproved for it. Not good business. He thought it was a game and was laughing about it. We were unimpressed.

Never followed up after inquiring about a defect on the vehicle.
