Terrible.i asked dealer if car was ok condition because i was going to drive two and half hours. She said yes,it was fine.but when i get to the dealer ship,car had lots of mechanical issues. She couldn’t start the car,when she started with jumpers car had misfire anwhen i droe car had vibration, broken front windshield and so on. So i drove for nothing.

Working with Steve was a very pleasant experience for my not so pleasant situation. I was in a motor vehicle accident a few weeks ago and total lost my vehicle. Undecided if I was going to purchase a new vehicle or not, we noticed this vehicle online and it was still available when I finally made my decision to purchase. We went out to inspect the vehicle on Friday evening in hopes of taking it home that day. But with getting a few minor adjustments to the vehicle, Monday was my pickup day. Contacted dealer about buying the car made the dealer aware that I was not from Richmond and that i was interested in buying the car not financing it .Asked if it was possible that it could be held til Monday my day off so that I could come and pick it up. I was then given a appointment time at 3 & was told it would be held only to find out i received an email from CarGurus that the vehicle was sold wow immediately I looked up the stock number and called the store at that time the car had been sold smh what a absolute disappointment‼️ I even had money to hold the car if needed but was never told I needed to do so Tatiana said I can asur u we can hold it for a couple of days no need I'll text you the address and appointment time and did poor customer service and still haven't made a call yet to apologize but your a salesman at a dealership is totally unbelievable too me . Ima ture beliver everything happens for a reason so overall I'm not mad but you'll are disappoint‼️
