Concesionarios cercanos (Gettysburg, PA)

Rating less than one star. Dealer called to make an appointment to view vehicle but when I got there it was not ready to view and still was not an hour later so left and told them I was very unhappy. Was told I needed an appointment as this vehicle was in high demand, but I think that was a sale gimmick / lie. I let them know I would NEVER recommend them. I wanted to pay cash but was told I needed to pay $ 1,000 more than the displayed price unless financed and plus pay them $ 500 for a trade-in. They said I did not read the fine print and that this is standard. I would never have gone if I knew these things as it took 3 hours of my time and 60 miles.

Set up an appointment to look at vehicle. When I arrived I was told that a gentleman from Baltimore arrived at 4 and started to purchase the vehicle from them but no one communicated that with me that would have saved me a useless trip. That seems to me to be a common courtesy I would have expected from a professional dealership.

B and Ali were great to deal with upfront and professional went the extra mile to make sure I was happy!!!still have to say sorry to Mrs Ali for having to ride in my trade,, Great People would definitely recommend you go see them on your next purchase thanks again

Dealer sales reps were very friendly and I really liked the vehicle, however, I live in PA and it was just too far for me to go.
