Salesman was nice but not knowledgeable at all. The titan I went to look at wasn’t worth $6,000 on a good day! Rust bucket! The truck I bought was needing an oil change and fluids topped off. Front brake pads almost worn to the rivets. Luckily it’s a nice truck that I don’t mind putting out the extra $$ for! Said they did 116 point inspection. It’s tough to do that from behind a desk! What these guys didn’t realize, is that I have been working on trucks for over 40 years! My salesman was very green, but he was a decent man that I believe was trying his best to make sure I got what I wanted.

Staff is not customer friendly. Communication between staff is incomplete and disjointed. After a week of emails back and forth and finally an offer to buy at their price, I learned they sold the vehicle to auction.
