I have never been so impressed with a Car Dealership! Unlike my experiences in the past at other Dealers who performed the old "Bait & Switch", added unnecessary excessive mark ups and were basically rude and sneaky, this experience was the complete opposite. I was treated with the utmost respect and got an incredible deal on my vehicle - it was seemless!!! From Beginning to End a 5 Star Experience. Highly Recommend ;-)

The experience was good with the dealship. But please have your own finance company to buy with.

I wanted to test drive this car, but the dealership was non-stop contacting me - six different agents, none of them communicating with each other, pushy and poorly written emails. I was so willing to test drive this cutie of a car, but I was turned off from the dealership before I even got there. 20+ emails in a few days was obnoxious, in a word.

My experience was great! I worked with Matt and he made the purchasing of my new Audi a smooth ride . I definitely would recommend.

I scheduled a test drive, when I arrived, they said the car was out for State Inspection and wouldn't be back for 45 minutes. I went for lunch, they called and said the car failed inspection and wouldn't be available that day. At this point I was no longer interested in the car.

Horrible location especially to use dealership in the name. No parking. Little interest by sales to help.

I scheduled an appointment with Approved Auto to see the Rav4. Had a confirmation through the number they contacted me from. Drove an hour to see the car. Found it outside, looked around the car, was ready for a test drive and if all went well to purchase on the spot. When I attempted to enter the building, where the lights were all on, the door was locked. So I replied to the number where the appointment had been scheduled and was given a number to call. When I called a woman answered from her cell phone and told me that they were closed on Sunday. I said their website texts said by appointment only and I had a confirmed one.. She told me they didn't do appointments and that was an auto system. I asked if there was someone available to honor the appointment, she said "No one's coming, come back tomorrow." We ended the call. I reached back out to ask her if she could double check since the car I scheduled to see was pulled out already and she said it was just used to block the lot.
