My initial communication via chat on their website was easy. It was followed up immediately with email/text responses. At the dealership itself, John P (salesperson) and Bryce (finance) were professional, personable and very courteous. They were very transparent in talking about the vehicle. They were focused on making my experience from test driving through buying a vehicle a seamless process. I have already recommended them and their dealership to friends who may be in the market for a new or previously owned vehicle. Truth be told, based upon my prior car buying experiences at car dealerships over the years (as opposed to my experiences buying from no-haggle car vendors) , I would much rather have a root canal than go to a car dealership and put up with the shenanigans of purchasing a car. Subaru of Gallatin changed my opinion of going to a car dealership to buy a vehicle! When it comes time for my next vehicle, Subaru of Gallatin will be my first stop!!

Salesman very pushy, when I said I needed time to think he kept asking what the problem was and decided to get the manager instead of giving me time to think. They didn’t think that it was a good idea and just kept saying that they are giving me the best deal they can but they seemed to want an answer that second, so I just had to get up and go because they wouldn’t leave me alone.
