Thanks for everything Eric! You made car buying a pleasure instead of the stressful experience it can be. Very often I go into a dealership knowing more about the car than the salesperson. Not in this case. Your kindness, expert service and help in getting us out the door in a timely manner was above and beyond. I asked them to send or post a photo of the battery capacity screen, which really should be standard procedure for all used EVs. This is the only way to know how much of the original range remains. They ignored the request and instead kept asking for my phone number. I made it clear that I would only be interested in the talking to them once I had evidence that the battery is in good condition. I also browsed the dealer's website and discovered that they charge $1,995 for "vehicle prep" and $699 for documentation on top of the advertised price. These fees are outrageous compared to most dealers. Don't be fooled by the low-ball prices they advertise.
