The overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other people by starting the process on car gurus it saved me much time at the actual dealership. The staff was wonderful very helpful. It made my car buying experience a breeze Ryan was a big help as well as Richard and some of the other staff.

It takes a long time for them to get back to you after you have asked a question.

Everything went as planned except the shipping price would have been much more than what was listed in the CarGurus profile.

Avoid this place, staff is clueless. They will sell the car out from under you and ask if you would like some other junk. They take days to respond, then when you tell them you went somewhere else and stop calling. They then continue to call from different sales people.

My wife purchased me a birthday present after a year of searching. They had the car we desired! 2011 grand sport manual coupe. Listed on 3/11. We called and made a contract the same day. Car was not ready to go while pictures showed it in the showroom. Steering rack needed to be replaced. We kept calling, got a different date for parts daily from salesman. Finally got service to call us, stated , 7 days for parts to come in. On Friday, 3/20 they arrived, we told them, time was of the essence. Service put everything ahead out this car. As it finally got on the lift, Thursday afternoon, we figured it would be ready Friday with text communication. Nope, incompetence laid in, we signed for a car with finance as they wanted a “kick back” rather than cash. It would be ready Monday. I would like them to purchase a car site unseen, wait 21 days and see what feelings they have. I hope this dealership comments back, I have text proof that I wanted to buy more than they wanted to sell.

I was approved to purchase a 2025 Denali. I could not make it until Saturday morning to pick the truck up. He stated that was fine and that he would see me Saturday. As I was getting ready to leave I received a text stating they sold the vehicle, but had a different one I could purchase. The dealership is two hours a way. If I wanted a different one, I would have purchased one where I live. Which I ended up doing, but was so disappointed at their professionalism.
