I reached out about a vehicle they had listed at a very strong price, and my experience with the salesman was excellent. Communication was quick, professional, and he even sent me a personalized walk‑around video of the truck right after I inquired. Because I’m several hours away, they were willing to set up a sight‑unseen trade appraisal to make the process easier. We had everything lined up, but due to my schedule I couldn’t make the trip until the weekend. Unfortunately, the truck sold before I could get there. Even though the deal didn’t work out, they handled everything the right way on their end. If timing had lined up, I would have been happy to buy from them.
