Concesionarios de GMC cercanos (Plattsburgh, NY)

Communication is Horrible. Sales dept does not talk to each other. I was pawned off to different people , I gave them all the info they ask for and sent pics of my trade and was told I will have numbers shortly. Called the next day asking for numbers and was sent to someone else who was supposed to be working up numbers and would have them shortly.The numbers never came, and the next day I was notified by car gurus the truck was sold. I called the dealer to verify and was told it just sold. I spent three days working on this and no one put the truck on hold and I never got any numbers from them , not even an apology for selling it out from underneath me. I live alittle over four hours away and cleared my weekend to make the purchase , what a wast of time. The reason for the 1 star review is because I couldn’t rate it a 0

Great response, sent prices and answered all my questions. Still in negotiations, but they have been great to deal with so far !!
