I called ahead about a specific truck and scheduled an appointment with a staff member to come see it. When I arrived—after driving over an hour—the manager had no idea I was coming. To make matters worse, I was told the truck wasn’t even at that location and had already been sold. This was an extremely frustrating experience and a complete waste of time. The lack of communication and coordination between staff is unacceptable. If you’re going to schedule appointments, at the very least confirm the vehicle is available and on-site.

Initially was satisfactory, after purchase returned home to MA and realized no wheel lock "key' or tire jack kit. Obviously, salesman Dale Gaulin did NOT perform final check before delivery. Sales rep, Tim Strom suggested I return to RI but without these items was reluctant to make that trip. Tim has been very helpful making suggestions and sending a new wheel lock set and jack kit. With his help found Wakefield GMC dealer had full lock set "keys" and was able to remove "bad" locks and install new set. Only due to help from Tim has experience improved

Was expecting the usual "Are you financing? Trade in? Ready to buy today?".....Got absolutely none of that! Our sales rep Tony Rossi was great! Showed us the vehicle that we were interested in and gave us all the time in the world with it. No upsell, add on BS...just plain straight talk, bottom line out the door pricing. Not my first rodeo on car buying but I must say it is my first pleasant experience doing it. Now the cherry on top was that I had to call the dealership on a couple of minor issues on my end not theirs..Tony Rossi was right there to take care of them for me immediately! Outstanding customer's service!!!

Great dealer

My experience with the salesman, Ben, was very good. He was professional and helpful, as were others on staff. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach an agreement on price. I notice today they have lower the price by $1,000.00. If they had negotiated that reduction, as well as some extra consideration on the trade, I very possibly would have bought the truck. Have since moved on to a GMC Canyon. But aside from that the experience was satisfactory.

these dealers all suck... they call you and call you, they email a thousand times, hound you to fill out their credit apps, and i'm always honest up front my credit sucks...but they go out their way to convince you they can get you approved then next thing you know... oh the car is sold or they ghost you.
