Bait and switch. They added on $4900 of additional fees on top of the advertised price. They refused to take them off. They advertised the price low to get you in the door and jack up the price. I even called 2 days later to see if they would work with me on removing the extras they wanted to charge me. Their sales manager said he would give me $2000 off the price. When he sent over the paperwork he only took off $1700. Im done with their games. I will not return to Diamond Chevrolet of Banning. I took my business elsewhere and got an even better truck for the true advertised price.

Despite the pre-qual, the dealer did not approve me. Additionally, they offered to try to get me into other trucks, but then could not work out a deal. A few days later I got a random message telling me the general manager was working on a deal for this truck, and then never followed up afterwards.

Bought car 6 days ago. After 3 days, it is inoperable and I have tried contacting sale rep, and they have ignored me. Got in contact with Service department, and I will be taking this car to the Caddy dealer by my house. I purchased the extended warranty with $500 deductible, thankfully. I have had the car 6 days, and it has been inoperable for over 50% of the time I have owned the vehicle. Caveat Emptor!!!
