Was told vehicle was available. Visited and test drove. Negotiated price and left with signed paper agreeing on price. Called less than 6 hours later to put a deposit and arrange financing(keep in mind I have an excellent credit score). Was told he would call me back with finance numbers. and then never heard back. Waited over 24 hours and called the next day to find out they sold vehicle to a “family friend” after talking to me the day before. Never called to notify that my sale was not going to go through.

The staff were on point and professional

They communicated and followed up like professionals. We just found a better deal somewhere else.

I had a frustrating experience with this dealership. I made it very clear that I was already pre-approved through my own bank and did not want my credit run. I was also told directly that the paperwork I signed would not result in a credit inquiry. Despite that, my credit was pulled twice. This completely changed my trust in the process. Communication needs to be clear and accurate, especially when it comes to something as important as someone’s credit. I would strongly recommend that anyone coming here reads everything carefully and gets written confirmation before signing anything.

Still considering the car, but would work with this dealer in the future.

I mentioned that I liked the vehicle very much except for a noise of something rubbing in rear passenger side, that I requested be identified, repaired

Reached out to dealership stating “I would like to purchase this vehicle.” The dealership set up a time for me to do so and either sold the car out from underneath me (I was willing to do remote paperwork etc.) personally I don’t believe the car ever even existed. It wasn’t until right before I was going to travel the hour to get the car (their next business day) that I called to confirm and they told me it sold. Then attempted to sell me a bunch of crap not even in the same class of car. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. When we told our experience to other dealers while still shopping they all laughed and said that they are terrible.
