Only thing I felt they could have been better on the trade value. I did everything on the financing end, I think the management could have been more on trade value. They gave me $20K and are now selling for $29K and no new tires on it that they said it needed. They had to clean it a bit, but the outside and interior were good. Typical wear and tear 2 door dings. So be warned how this will go. Sell your car outright for a better deal.
