I have to say this was the best process where I didn't purchase a vehicle. The vehicle was previously seen by another customer, and he returned to purchase it at the same time I had arrived to see it. Communication with multiple "people" was great until you realize it's AI and they don't know the inventory. I submitted a credit application for a car that was listed on the Internet and after three days of communication back-and-forth, it had been determined the car had been sold to someone else. The vehicle was pretty unique and I have not been able to find another one. I don't like running credit reports unnecessarily. When I finally called and spoke to someone, they told me they were in a meeting. Could they call me back? I said please don't.
