Despite the pre-qual, the dealer did not approve me. Additionally, they offered to try to get me into other trucks, but then could not work out a deal. A few days later I got a random message telling me the general manager was working on a deal for this truck, and then never followed up afterwards.

Excellent service from start to finish. Tony was very attentive and patient making it easy to get all my questions answered and he did not hold back in making known all the additional discounts that were available. After doing my basic research, pricing was the primary reason I went there. Angel then took over in financing department and we wrapped it all up.

Given my recent experience, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I saw their pictures that they uploaded and everything seemed fine but once I got there, there was a dent in the car that wasn’t disclosed or shown on the pictures. It didn’t bother me enough though so I bought the car. They said they had checked everything and the car was in perfect condition. Less than 24 hours later, I noticed a transmission leak. They helped which was good but once it was getting fixed there was no communication whatsoever. I had to keep calling just to get an update on the car. They never called me. They gave me several dates that the car would be ready but every time it would be the date, they said they found something else that was wrong with the car or needing to order more parts. I even tried calling my service advisor multiple times and she never called back. The only time I spoke to her was when my car was ready and it was in the shop for 2 weeks. I personally wouldn’t buy another car here.

It was okay until I decided to look at the service screen that had severe errors. I brought this to the attention of the team and they still pushed for a contract to be signed. I spent 4 hours there and left with them promising to call me after their technicians looked into it. No call, no responses, no check-ins. Poor service here. Would not come back.

Just texting, but the salesman, Woody, was very informative, stayed in touch, and let me know that the car had been sold.
