They responded fast and got me an appointment to test drive as soon as possible. I ended up loving the car and waved away with it that day. Very nice people. But the waiting time to have someone come look at a vehicle with you and to get things done is long. It took about 20 minutes for them to come out and test drive with us; and they did try to lie about the vehicles damage. Overall satisfying experience with this traverse, nice salesmen.
