Very nice people. But the waiting time to have someone come look at a vehicle with you and to get things done is long. It took about 20 minutes for them to come out and test drive with us; and they did try to lie about the vehicles damage. Overall satisfying experience with this traverse, nice salesmen.

They responded fast and got me an appointment to test drive as soon as possible. I ended up loving the car and waved away with it that day.
