I worked with a salesman and established a purchase price early in the week. Filled out the credit application that night. I set up childcare and a ride for later that week, as I am a distance away from the dealer. Two days later I was passed on to a different sales associate who had no knowledge of our agreed price and offered me the full internet sales price. I left messages and did not even get a courtesy return call. Disappointing at best. If zero stars was an option, I would have made that selection.

I haven't met them yet, but they are very inviting and we hope to visit the establishment soon.

Was told they had the car and to come in for a test drive, drove 1.5 hours round trip to be told the car sold 2 days ago. Waste of time!

I can’t say enough about Johnathan borges sales manager and also Rashad. I contacted both of them about a truck I seen and wanted to inquire about it. They both took the time to explain the process and went back and forth with numbers that my goal was to buy the truck. We spent days back and forth for days even without seeing my trade they were able to give me a ball park number as to what payment would be. They both were very helpful and took my concerns into consideration. Just want to give them quotes for all there efforts at attempting to get me in the truck.
