Disappointing experience. We spoke with internet sales person to schedule our visit and test drive. Car was not ready nor was salesperson aware why we were there. Later they added unadvertised costs to final cost and were never easy to work with. We walked without buying anything.

very professional approach by Rick Wrobel our main dealer representative that we worked with and, Tom Galloway the finance rep that handled financing and closing documentation for the transaction. I recommend this dealer // company highly.

Greetings this is one of the worst car dealers they have no respect for human kind all they are interested is their pockets I had told them not to run my credit score I have my own bank approval they still ran my credit telling me they approved me but with a high interest rate I ask them why they told that’s what I qualify for I called my bank and explained what happened they told me they wher lying I had a low interest rate …this place is a circus not good people to do business with I have bumber to bumber warranty they tried to scam me I notice my steering wheel was off I took the car back after two days that I purchase the car service told I had a broken crossmember it need they wher gonna bill me 1100 dollars I ask for photos and told them it was under warranty after all that ther was nothing wrong with the car salary away from this place thanks

Dylan and Amy sent me the information I requested, I test drove another Challenger and planned to look at there Challenger on Monday unfortunately they sold the car on Saturday. They were both helpful in there follow up and sent me a couple of other cars but I had no interest in them.

Absolute pitiful way to run a business. Return phone calls were non-existent. I told a salesman I was coming Friday to test drive the vehicle of interest. I informed him it was important it was available as I was driving over an hour and a half and when I arrived the vehicle “got sent out for detail and was unavailable.” I put a down payment on this vehicle that day to have them hold it for me to come back the following Monday, test drive it, and then buy it as long as everything was okay. I took time off of work and received a ride from a friend who also took time off of work Monday to give me a ride and we headed that way. Salesman waited until we were over halfway there to inform me the vehicle was unavailable yet again!! They took the vehicle I had money down on and loaned it out to another customer. Will never attempt to do any form of business with this dealership again. Highly unprofessional and unorganized.

We are still in process and have not made a final decision.
