Great pepole that work there they keep me posted and answered all my questinon with no pressure or up selling and did not make any promises.

They guided me toward the new F-150 Lightnings they had. Not the pre-owned. It was very late in the day and they were locking up, I think missed a discussion with the pre-owned / Internet sales person. So No Foul, but No Results either.

Was told they serviced tires (alignment, rotation, and balancing) but also purchased the 3rd party tire and wheel warranty from the dealership. I drove off the lot and not even 24 hours later had a blow out. Went to a local Dealership and was told the tire was in terrible shape and warranty would not cover it due to it being past its end of life. The tire was s unevenly wore due to what seam to come from a bad alignment. Reached out to Finnegan to discuss how these tires passed their tire servicing and the state inspection the dealership also performed. They insisted on me to bring it back into their dealership and they would sort it out. I arrived at 10:30 am and was told they did not have a tire and would be a “couple” hours. I waited around till 5:00pm when a tire finally arrived. 7:00pm was told they did not have have the proper personnel or equipment to mount my tire after working on it for over an hour. It has been 4 days since and they still have my car in the shop for the tire.
