they wanted to sell the vehicle worse than serving the customer. They delivered the vehicle to my house at night unexpectedly, without a second key (one owner truck) absolutely no paperwork, I never received a copy of what I signed,, then the damage listed on the carfax was never repaired. I have bought over 50 vehicles mostly new and used but i must say although these sales people/ management were very nice, how they treat their customers is another story. Its like buying spoiled food from a restaurant and when you go back the door is closed, to this day i never received any registration from dmv.

I had 1 response to my multiple requests which was to wait for a representative to reach out which they didn’t. So I was not able to speak to a sales representative and no one reached out after I asked many times. I would still like to buy the vehicle as I know they still have it but the response time and the neglect to my inquiries is just unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer for anyone trying to make an honest purchase.

We had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. We were in the process of purchasing a truck and had already spent time working with the staff, discussing the details, and moving forward with the purchase. We were under the clear impression that the vehicle was being held for us while we finalized everything. We had the loan approved and just needed to come in and sign the paperwork. However, without any warning or communication, the dealership sold the car to someone else. No phone call, no update—nothing. After investing our time and making plans around this purchase, it was extremely frustrating and unprofessional to find out the vehicle was simply sold out from under us. We had spent several hours there the previous day. We already completed the credit check and the bank had approved our loan through them. We were just waiting to find out when they wanted us to come in to sign the loan papers. Good customer service includes clear communication and honoring commitment
