The Lexus had hail damage, which was not disclosed until several conversations later, and when I saw the walk-around video, it showed the damage. Additionally, they required the customer to pay an extra $2,000 to have the damage repaired if they were interested in purchasing the car. No wonder the car has been sitting on their lot since March.

I had a fantastic experience buying my Jeep from Travis! I reached out and asked for pictures because they had just taken it in two days prior and hadn’t had time to post pictures on CarGurus yet.
