We were there for a long time with no communication. I almost left because of this. My trade in amount was very low and they are reselling it for a $10,000 profit. After 2 weeks I finally got the paperwork that I signed. Nothing was gone over with us about the vehicle. I had to call another dealership about some of the programs that came with it because they couldn’t answer them.

Went to check a vehicle I saw on their website and took it for a test drive. After returning to the dealership, found out the moonroof didn't work. Salesman asked if I broke it, which was ridiculous because all I did was just push the button. The salesman went inside and came back out to tell me the manager knew about the broken moonroof. He said it would get fixed if I purchased the vehicle. Also, there was a long deep scratch on the fender that wasn't shown in the photos. There was no mention of the broken moonroof and the fender scratch in the description of the vehicle on the website. Plus the price of the vehicle was based on it being in exceptional condition. Make sure you check every big and little details if you want to purchase a vehicle from here.

I dealt with Hattie who's salesperson. Excellent communication. Very personable. Very nice vehicle. The only problem I ran into was that the dealership was 4 hours away and they did not deliver so I wanted a little more money off because I needed to travel and they said no which is understandable so there was no deal. If I live closer I would definitely buy a vehicle from the dealership and Hattie because she did such a fine job.
