Daniel and Sam were very helpful. They had the 2 cars I came for ready. They also had another very similar, which I chose. The price difference was minor for the value.

Salesman would not give me a firm cash price! I also wanted to have the vehicle checked out locally with a QUALIFIED BMW MECHANIC! He only recommended a local shop. I also wanted to know the cost to ship to Connecticut? No Price or Recommendation? Help me help you sell the vehicle! It shouldn't be the buyer doing all the work. I still have not purchased yet. And I see the car has not sold for a month! Lmk if your serious about selling? Mark

Went to look at and drive the vehicle. Was left at a desk for 20 minutes. Decided to walk out and leave. Salesperson flagged me down and said it would be ready shortly. Explained the staff had trouble closing the hatch. Waited another 10 minutes and said they could let me know when it was fixed and then left. Only follow up I had received was automated request to schedule another appointment. I replied that my confidence in the vehicle was not solid at that point. They shared the Carfax and vehicle history, so we're very upfront about that. I had owned other rebuilt title cars before and can perform some repairs and maintenance myself so it wasn't necessarily an issue. Alas, this transaction never occurred.

Although I didn’t buy the vehicle I went to Al Piemonte Nissan of which I viewed Online I did purchase a like vehicle another 2025 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum 4WD. The process only took a couple of hours which is rare when shopping for a vehicle. Sam was very knowledgeable and saw the process through from Start to finish. I’m very impressed with the service this dealership displayed Thank You Al Piemonte Nissan.
