The worst dealership I’ve ever worked with for communication. They called me 20 minutes before they closed that day before. To make sure I’m still coming the following morning and they gave me two text messages after that by 9:40 was the second one still confirming that I was still coming Saturday morning. When I got there, the car was sold. They said that last night on the Friday. I drove an hour and a half, and they tried to show me some other vehicles in that price range. They were horrible and not even to make model close to the vehicle I came there for. So the communication is horrible and you’re blaming it on their automated system. Instead of taking responsibility for even though they had a physical guy called me 20 minutes before they close their doors.
