The staff at Ford of Franklin was very helpful and very professional. They were very timely in their follow up, communications, and information about the car. I bought through their website and on the phone. Tim was absolutely great to work with. He was always available and I did not have to worry if he was trying to push me into a sale. Sean was great with the financing part of the sale. Everything was in order when we walked in and took very minimal time to complete the process from start to finish. We will definitely be looking to buy here again!!

Car wasn’t/isn’t even on the lot or available. They didn’t have much information on it as they had accepted it as a trade in. When asked when it would be available, they didn’t know, they were hopeful that it would be available in a couple weeks. They were very quick to offer other vehicles “similar in price or mileage.” At one point the mileage was listed differently and the price went up $1,000 (I understand this, as they get through more inspections they will get a better idea of value) Overall though I felt like it was a big catfishing ploy
