To John Scisly and Michael Prison, I am extremely disappointed by my experience at your dealership on April 2, 2026, at approximately 11:45 a.m. I visited with the serious intention of purchasing a used 2024 Mercedes-Benz S580 with 16,938 miles, VIN: W1K6G7GB7RA281345, and I had already gone through the necessary steps to ensure I was financially prepared to move forward. Instead of being met with honesty, professionalism, and customer care, I left feeling frustrated, misled, and completely dissatisfied. The biggest issue was that the vehicle had a check engine light on at the time it was being shown and discussed for sale. That alone should have immediately raised concern and transparency from your team. As a buyer prepared to spend over $93,000 cash offer for the listing price, I expected full disclosure, reassurance, and a serious effort to address the problem. Instead, when I expressed valid concerns about the vehicle’s condition and the long-term risk of buying a luxury car.

Such a friendly team from top to bottom. But the car was surprising dirty in some of the cup holders, hidden compartments when it was delivered. When noticed, they were happy to provide a loaner while the car was detailed. But upon return, the hidden compartment still had old pieces of gum and food in them. Not worth sending it back, so I'll just clean it myself.

I asked for a Carfax, through email and text - was told he would send it to me. Next day still no carfax. Contacted again, he said he was busy and would send it soon. Still no carfax. Emailed him if he had a carfax -no reply. Had my son message him to ask for a carfax. No reply. I guess he has something to hide. Every other dealer I ask for a carfax can't get it to me quick enough> Not this guy. What's wrong with the car? Maybe the 2014 Mazda2 isn't as good as you tell me it is.

This is the second vehicle that I have bought from this dealership. The employees were very helpful and personalized every step. Because I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay, and my trade-in was bought new from here and serviced here, there was not much haggling of prices or trade-in value, so the time spent between going to the dealership and leaving with a new vehicle was awesome! I especially loved the sales team for staying updated on my needs and wants without trying to get me to purchase unnecessary extras.

Overall, one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Most of the deal was done via email prior to arrival, and once I arrived at the dealership was in and out in less than 90 minutes. The staff was transparent and honest, and I didn’t feel pressured on any upsales or anything. Would definitely recommend Fred Beans, and my salesman Chet.
