Steve and Jaime made the process a seamless one. From initially seeing an online to handling all the paperwork to getting me in and out of the door with no stress. Quality of the vehicle was as advertised, and I couldn’t be happy with my purchase.

The dealership never responded to me. My husband and I went to the dealership with cash in hand. Upon walking onto the lot we saw the vehicle and were looking at it we were promptly told from someone walking up behind us that the vehicle was sold. With that the male continued by saying “the vehicle sold an hour again. A man paid cash for it.” Never once did he introduce hisself or ask us if we would be interested in any other vehicle. My husband and I turned around and left. Very unprofessional!!!!

Purchased a 2023 Yukon from Coconut Point Honda in Estero on May 7th. Discovered serious transmission issues on the drive home requiring $4,450 in repairs. Despite buying a powertrain warranty, I learned it doesn't activate for 45 days. The dealership refused to help, citing "as is" sale terms, and pretty much saying this was my problem since I didn’t catch the issue in my 5 minute test drive. Their inspection process clearly missed major problems. If shopping here, get an independent inspection first or consider other dealerships. Their unwillingness to stand behind their vehicles just days after purchase is disappointing.

I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and this by far was the easiest and most straightforward purchase I’ve made to this point. My salesperson Melissa was absolutely Amazing!!! Friendly, Helpful, Knowledgeable and Personable!! She even came to my house to let me see and test drive the vehicle back to the dealership. The General Manager was extremely personable, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The Financial Gentleman I had was so personable and helpful!! Thank you both for being the way you are it means a lot to me. Vehicle was way better than expected and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely send family and friends Melissa’s and this dealerships way!!
