Very disappointing experience. Once the paperwork was signed, the customer service completely changed. They waited until the vehicle was being delivered to tell me there was only one key, leaving me with no real option because I had already driven over an hour for the car. Now I’m being ignored about it and have to spend almost $900 out of my own pocket for something that should have been included with the vehicle in the first place. If I had known beforehand, I would have negotiated the price differently and would not have agreed to their out-the-door price. The entire process felt rushed with constant pressure about “other buyers” being interested. Double check everything before signing.
