This was probably the best experience I’ve had looking for a car. Got a great car at a great deal without any pressure from salesmen looking to make as much money as they can. I had initially talked to Stu a few days ago and met with him to see the car. We talked about anything it needed and when we came to buy the car, they had buffed it and fixed the tiny details. Stu had been very attentive and transparent throughout the whole process and was an amazing salesman. And shout out to Byron for also being great and taking the time to speak to us as well. He also made sure the process was as smooth as can be.

Communication was good. However, couldn’t for the life of me figure out how the price went from 13,100 to over 18,000 worth of financing. Even with dealership fees and taxes, That seems high.

I set an appointment 24hrs in advance. I get there and the salesmen Katrina, would not even talk to me. Then another salesmen got involved and had to “find the keys”. I saw them trying to jump start truck. I asked what was going on they said it had a dead battery. After two hrs of the trying to get truck started I left. Since I had an appointment and pre approved loan for this vehicle on would think that they would have it ready especially with 24hr notice that I was coming. Worst experience I have ever had and would not recommend this dealership for anything

Road 3 hours to get the van. Specifically asked about a warranty and they told me 90 days or 4k miles thru messages. I get there and no warranty. The van Cadillac converter needed to be replaced. When someone rides 3 hours for a car they are prepared to buy with the information giving by dealership and I wouldn't have even made the trip had they ben honest from the start. I should get reimbursement for the wasted day. It cost me 500 to make the trip for absolutely nothing
