The staff(especially the manager) said they work with schools 1st ..they were lame and didnt have the correct information! I had to give them the information. I asked them to put the stuff through them ..they did not do it i asked 3 times ..they didn't like they wanted to do a trade in . The salesman was nice and I liked the car a bmw x3 2021..the salesman went to his .manager..they offered me a very low amount for my trade in..they did not contact my credit union like I asked

This was a terrible experience. I had been in contact with the dealer trying to set up a day for me to test drive the Toyota tundra. Once I arrived they took almost an hour to just bring the vehicle out. They had told me the truck had a nail in the tire and so that's why it was taking so long. Once they brought the vehicle out, I had my mechanic inspect the truck inside and out. The dealer had mentioned the truck had a minor accident on the left side. Sure enough my mechanic found faulty sensors for the O2 emissions, fuel sensors, and air bag sensors. The air bag sensors was the biggest safety issue for me. Then we found the hood was misaligned. I let the dealer know and they mentioned they wouldn't fix the issue and that I would have to fix it myself. No thanks. They also wanted to add $6000 of addons on top of the sale price. I don't trust this dealer.

Josh helped us and took us for two test drives. He was extremely helpful and worked very hard to negotiate a deal. We haven’t purchased yet but they are definitely worth considering. Norm Reeves ford was exceptional.

Dealer contacted me back on the Ford F-150 Raptor that I inquired on. I made an out-the-door offer, but it was not accepted and left it open. If they needed to move a vehicle this weekend then I was available
