Empire Management are very dishonest. They add $8,000 to the price. $1,695 to Prep wash the vehicle; $695.00 Officer Christmas Bonus general ledger account or Dealership general ledger expenses; $145.00 tacked on to act as Department of Motor Vehicle and process the DMV Charges; and add 4-$5,000.00 to the price to punish me for not Financing with them/their bank and wanting to pay with a Certified Bank Check.

Came down from Cincinnati.. So glad they were not the only dealer to have type of vehicle I wanted. They wanted a premium price when I arrived the cars paint was awful. On top of that they have crazy fees pretty much add $3,000 dollars to whatever you think you’re going to pay. They play it off as that’s what everyone does and that is not the truth. I would not recommend wasting your time with this dealership like I did.

The staff were very nice to talk to. Then again, they wanted my money! After driving 2 vehicles I decided on one and inquired further. The salesman then rold me that the advertised price was not the actual price- it was $3000 more ++ if I wanted to buy the vehicle. I asked him to speak with his boss and get me an out the door price(all fees and price included). He never got back to me!!!
