Very friendly and helpful staff that immediately reviewed the Carfax with me and went over the facts about the car. I had a wonderful experience at Ripley & Fletcher. I scheduled a test drive with Liz, Randy was the salesman that took me out on the road and answered questions, and made me feel welcome. Joe and I went back and forth on pricing and we came to an agreement that we could both be happy with. Tracy worked with me on financing options. I did panic when it came down to the actual purchase and left with buying, I never once felt pressured, everyone was so incredibly nice.
