After agreeing to and confirming an out the door price, I arrived for a test drive. Before I agreed to come in, I let them know via text that I would not need financing and to let me know if that was a problem.The salesman assured me that he was honest and it would be straightforward. I was ready to purchase the vehicle and pay in full. The Sales Manager came over and tried to convince me to finance the car instead, which was unnecessary, I had the cash to pay in full. They both came back and told me the price of the vehicle increased despite the agreed upon cost. I walked out. I looked online and the price never changed. They profiled me as soon as I walked in. They decided they would try to make money off of another customer by having them finance with interest instead of receiving a $25,000 check in hand. Terrible business.

Some thing came up where I couldn’t make my appt but was able to remain in communication with Cristian for the car I was interested in. I appreciate the real time updates and thorough communication. because the specific car I was interested in was a really good deal I didnt want to miss out! cristian was able to work things out for me and I was able to buy the car! the team at frontier ford in santa clara are very nice and friendly! My husband and I have purchased about 8 cars in the passed 20 years for our family. This was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences we have ever had. We live 2.5 hours away from Walnut Creek Ford and it was truly worth the drive. The salesman Omar was absolutely amazing! By the end of the sale it was like being with one of our own kids. Omar was truly genuine. He was very personable, friendly, direct, no hassle, there were no hidden fees. Everything was direct, up front and only what was required. He really wants to get the best deal for everyone. Meeting the others at the dealership, they were the same way. It is a smaller family owned dealership. It was the best, most friendly family like dealership environment that we had ever experienced. For that reason, the next time we buy a vehicle they will be the first ones we go to and hopefully the only ones. Our whole family may have to switch to driving Ford vehicles. We truly recommend going to Walnut Creek Ford.
