Purchased vehicle 2/3/2026 with extended warranty and Gap coverage. Six days later a hole was discovered in the motor. Extended insurance won't cover because a hose which house the motor oil, wasn't attached. Further, that the vehicle should not have been sold like that.Dealership not helpful. Won't answer calls. May have to hire an attorney.

I bought my vehicle at Long Lewis in Bessemer. Their service was top notch- great job John and Marques especially. They made sure the vehicle was clean and ready. They even did a video walk around showing me the vehicle before I came to test drive it. I felt I got a great price and didn't need to negotiate (other dealerships had similar vehicles that were more expenseive). They even delivered it to my home nearly 2 hours away at no additional cost. They even replaced the missing second key-fob. They treated me like a person and not just another transaction. Again, great job everyone and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was VERY interested in purchasing a 2015 Honda Odyssey. I live in FL so I needed help with video showing me the vehicle the sales person Bryan sent me a video that felt like a category 4 hurricane. After I wasted one week with emails I was told only after I inquired if the vehicle was finished with the repairs that was promised I was told it was sold they didn't have the decency to call or email me only after I emailed Bryan I wanted this car for my son that just got home from the military..

Car is still listed for sale, but probably does not exist. I t appears they use this to generate phone calls and have nothing on their lot close to this price, Yes it is clearly disclosed that you must qualify for all rebates. But still nothing even close. I requested it daily times to be removed but claim they can not or will pass my concern along to management. Just be upfront with people and not the reason car dealers have a bad reputation.
