Do not waste your time. Bait and switch operation. Talked to the "internet sales manager" and told her I was on the way to see the truck. She said it would be ready but when I came to the dealer, a different salesperson was there who knew nothing about me, the truck or our prior conversation. The truck was "in the shop" and unavailable but he said he'd be happy to show me another vehicle on the lot. No thanks, I value honesty too much to continue any discussion with a dealership like this.

The vehicle I came to see was in poor condition. There was a strong odor inside, and it appeared to have been in a prior accident with repairs that were visibly subpar—even in low light. The salesperson offered no concessions on price and made a very low offer on my trade-in (around 25% of the two other offers). Overall, this was a frustrating experience and a waste of my time.
