I was Leary of buying an out of state vehicle and Christian was beyond helpful and was very quick to respond! The staff wasn’t pushy but they were polite, respectful, and very helpful! If I hadn’t found the vehicle I wanted here in my state, I would absolutely purchase from this dealership!

Car was listed on car guru at 6995 I took a picture of the screen with vin#. Vance sent same van same vin for 9500. Two hours later the price was changed in car guru to 9500. I am very uncomfortable doing business with such practices

I inquired about a truck late at night and they responded first thing the next morning about setting up an appointment to see the truck. The problem is on my end, the truck is in Oklahoma and I live in Colorado.

I recently purchased a 2021 Ram 2500 from this dealership. Overall, I am satisfied with the truck itself; however, my experience with service and communication was disappointing. At the time of purchase, it was agreed that the dealership would inspect and address a leak under the transmission and complete an alignment. The process was delayed, and I had to repeatedly follow up to ensure the work was being done. I dropped the truck off with a full tank of diesel, and when I picked it up, it was below three-quarters despite being told it would be topped off. When I asked for details about the repairs, I was told they did not have clear information on what work had been performed and could not provide documentation. I was also told I would receive a follow-up the next day, which never happened. Even after the alignment, the truck still pulls slightly to the right, raising concerns about whether the issue was fully resolved. I will say Mr. Carlos did honor his commitments
