I only asked for pictures so I could consider the vehicle as there were none to speak of. Next thing I know a guy named Myles started calling, texting, and emailing early the next morning on several occasions. This happened throughout the day for a few days. I finally answered his email and asked him to stop. If I had wanted someone to call or contact me I would have requested that. The frequency of his trying to contact me was most irritating. I do not like aggressive sales at all. It’s a huge turn off for me. So no.. I didn’t proceed.

I was supposed to be able to just go in and sign papers and pick up the car. They tried to sell it to me at the original price, not the marked down price I had agreed to. They said they could do the deal with no money down but made me pay $500 down. I should have walked out at that point. Played the game of having to go ask the manager and taking so long that of course I just wanted to get out of there. The car had more problems than just some small physical damage. For instance, the steering wheel when pulled out and raised up would not go back to the original down and pushed in position. Then when I got home and really looked at the paperwork, they tacked on gap insurance and tire service care without even asking or taking to me about it!!!! Look at the breakdown really good if you decide to buy anything from these people!

Very disappointed with this dealership. The staff wasn’t helpful at all. There were hidden fees. No communication with staff and salesmen. Poor customer service. I don’t recommend this Dealership.

I was in and out! Mark Labberton was extremely easy to reason with, and he made my first time car buying experience a breeze with my dream car! Finance department was also very to-the-point, and I was able to ask a lot of questions. Would recommend!

The process was going great. We made a deal over the phone and all was done. But the dealer asked me to wait 10 days to finalize the paperwork at the end of the month. I agreed because there was a repair issue we were waiting to be completed. Then the dealer sold the truck to another person and didn’t offer any other trucks to replace the truck I agreed to purchase. They ended up blaming me for not completing financing paperwork or paying a deposit. The dealer is the one who asked me to wait until the end of the month to complete the sale.

Dealership responded in a somewhat timely manner but the feedback, I got back was very disappointing! I got the impression that their Jeep was the ultimate for the price and no wiggle room whatsoever which wasn’t the case! I found a limited edition, unlimited wrangler with a lot less mileage, all the bells and whistles, for 3K less than there asking price, so I bought that Jeep!
