The experience started off well.A salesman brought the car for me to test drive as I live 6 miles away and my car broke down so I didn’t have a way of getting there.When I mentioned I was getting my financing through USAA,immediately the salesman seemed put off and reluctant that it would take a couple of days for a check to come in and Everytime we spoke he kept saying there was a person coming to look at the car and by our 3rd conversation he was saying he had several people coming in, but also there was a “value add on” of $4100 to my price for things the car already came with and the internet price had those things listed.The salesman said if I financed through them they could discount about $1500 off that price.The overall experience was a lot of haggling.That next day we went to another dealership as the salesperson was extremely helpful and posed absolutely no problem working with USAA and stated they use them often and typically get a cashiers check from them on the same day.

Of course, you never know when you go to look at a vehicle what kind of problems, issues tif any, will come up. Had a few small cosmetic issues with the car but AutoNation stepped up and took care of everything. No problems from start to finish. Wasn’t there no more than a few hrs. Our salesman, David Williams was totally the best that we’ve ever came across. Every need was meet, and concerns were few, but taken care of. Finance department was fast and helpful. Overall, great job AutoNation!
