After agreeing to and confirming an out the door price, I arrived for a test drive. Before I agreed to come in, I let them know via text that I would not need financing and to let me know if that was a problem.The salesman assured me that he was honest and it would be straightforward. I was ready to purchase the vehicle and pay in full. The Sales Manager came over and tried to convince me to finance the car instead, which was unnecessary, I had the cash to pay in full. They both came back and told me the price of the vehicle increased despite the agreed upon cost. I walked out. I looked online and the price never changed. They profiled me as soon as I walked in. They decided they would try to make money off of another customer by having them finance with interest instead of receiving a $25,000 check in hand. Terrible business.

It’s a great place to get a used car or a new car. I recommend it to friends and family.

Bryan was excellent at communicating throughout the process. He answered all my questions before we headed to the dealership. Financing department also worked hard to get the best interest rate.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I had multiple conversations with Internet Sales Manager, Jasmine Adkins, regarding a 2018 Ford Transit Cargo 250. On July 8, 2026, I told her our company would purchase the van. She said she would be out on July 9 and asked us to come in on July 10 when she returned. We confirmed the van would still be available, and as a "Manager," she should have known her statement was valid. On the morning of July 10, I called Jasmine to arrange the van pickup and was told the van had been sold while she was out. I spoke with Sales Manager Ivan, who offered no explanation or attempt to make things right. I then asked General Manager Julio to call me, and he never even had the courtesy to return my call. The issue isn't that the van sold—it's that we were told to wait, then completely ignored afterward. The lack of accountability and professionalism speaks volumes. In the end, I'm glad we didn't do business with this dealership.
