After agreeing to and confirming an out the door price, I arrived for a test drive. Before I agreed to come in, I let them know via text that I would not need financing and to let me know if that was a problem.The salesman assured me that he was honest and it would be straightforward. I was ready to purchase the vehicle and pay in full. The Sales Manager came over and tried to convince me to finance the car instead, which was unnecessary, I had the cash to pay in full. They both came back and told me the price of the vehicle increased despite the agreed upon cost. I walked out. I looked online and the price never changed. They profiled me as soon as I walked in. They decided they would try to make money off of another customer by having them finance with interest instead of receiving a $25,000 check in hand. Terrible business.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. Before going there, I contacted them specifically to ask if the vehicle I was interested in was still available. They told me that it was available and invited me to come to the dealership for a test drive. When I arrived, one of the first things I was asked was whether I was planning to pay cash or finance the vehicle. I explained that I would be financing it and that I was already pre-approved through my own bank. After that, the attitude seemed to change. The salesperson went to find someone else to supposedly help me. That person was about to get the keys for the vehicle, but the first salesperson went after her. Shortly afterward, he came back and suddenly told me that the vehicle was not available because it had transmission problems and they could not sell it. This was extremely frustrating. If the vehicle had transmission problems and could not be sold, I don’t understand why I was told beforehand that it was avail
