Was a serious buyer but wouldn’t let me test drive until filled out loan forms. That’s not the smart way to buy any vehicle, you do financing after you decide it’s right for you. I went to another dealership drove the car, loved it and bought it.

We had driven almost an hour to do a test drive with a Sorento 2019 EX (VIN: 5XYPHDA5XKG451667) priced at $18,976. That car had such a bad smell that we could not buy it and did not even do the test drive. I would have expected that they would inspect cars telling customers about the conditions before making them drive an hour for a test drive. Our sales rep did his best to offer us other suitable cars and we did a test drive with a BMW X1 and a Kia Niro. Both cars were offered as available. After the test drive my wife and I were having a short (5 min max!) discussion while he was heading back to the office. We opted for the X1 and wanted to buy it right away but suddenly the car was gone. Sb else had taken it that very minute for another person for a test drive. The others were not even there! Even talking to their General Manager but this did not help. He said that was the internal processes. Thank you for not selling the car to us despite being first in line.
