Never made it to the dealer. Sent a message via the Guru app. I asked what wasn’t the lowest interest rates they have found for folks. He told me “you should do your due diligence and research”. Never went to meet them and bought a car in Woodbridge, which is much further from King George.

The absolute worse experience ever. They promised a car for us as we were on our way (3 hour drive) and 30 minutes away from the dealership they called to say they sold it to auction. That made absolutely no sense. A 2024 explorer with low miles would NOT go to auction. They undersold us or baited us in. We drove 3 hours with 2 toddlers to purchase a car they promised us and they lied. I hope this dealership gets kicked off of cargurus. This is not the first time this has happened at this dealership. Do not recommend. Avoid Koonts at all costs.

I found the truck on cargurus and it had everything that I wanted on the ad at a good price. As I was looking at the pictures on cargurus the ad told me that it was a 81” long bed. When I got on the dealership website and look at the pictures it showed it as a 96” bed, if on the chat line it told me it was a 81” bed. I was aready to buy it when thank god the general sales manager called me and told me it was a 96” bed I thank him and I thank him and ended our shopping at this dealership

I don’t actually know if this vehicle is still available. The only responses to my inquiry that I received was their automated messages saying how dedicated their staff would be to my satisfaction. They said they would be just as persistent providing me great service as they were providing me with information in the sales portion of our interactions. As they never got back to me, I wouldn’t take that as a good thing.
