Very straight forward and transparent, all addendums were completely optional without having to haggle. Gave me good price on trade. Overall very pleasant and hassle free experience

Didn’t communicate with me very much and told me the car was sold and it proceeded to stay available for weeks on end

I called first to verify the truck was available, it was. So i made an appointment to come test drive since dealer and salesman offer the ability to make an appointment to schedule a time to come test drive the truck you are interested in, I did that with the assumption that they would hold the truck there, being my appointment was just the next day....nothing crazy like a few days out, literally the next day. Through their automated system I confirmed my trip with them at 10am, at 5pm that same day I got a text from the salesman "hey buddy, sorry, sold the truck today" ???? so what's the point of taking appointments and scheduling test drives ? Get rid of that system if it means absolutely nothing for the buyer. So yea. I'm not buying anything from these guys. Good luck to anyone else wanting to call on Monday and drive on Tuesday. They will see it out from under you and wonder why you arent happy.

The communication from the dealership during my vehicle search was very prompt, polite and helpful. I ended up finding a different car to meet my needs at a dealership closer to where I live, but the experience up to that point was great.

The experience was unmatched. As crazy as this may sound, buy the car for the experience! They also delivered my vehicle to Mississippi and dropped the keys in my hand. Great customer service, advocacy, and honesty! Will definitely keep them in mind the next time we buy!
