I waited a hour almost to test drive a vehicle that was on site, one of the vehicles had a noise and I was told it's a hybrid when it's not, I went elsewhere because of that, I waited 2-3 hours and didn't buy anything from them.

The staff was pleasant. The buying process is just ridiculously long. They washed my car but they could have put some gas in it. I asked for a free mug and was told no. In the past I have had dealerships fill my tank, even offer to by pizza. They couldn’t even throw in a $5 mug. I’m happy with my car, but I wouldn’t suggest going here unless you have the entire day free.
