Very friendly and helpful staff that immediately reviewed the Carfax with me and went over the facts about the car. The prices are fair for their vehicles, and other than it being busy and me having to wait a little longer for an available sales rep, it was a very positive experience. I had a wonderful experience at Ripley & Fletcher. I scheduled a test drive with Liz, Randy was the salesman that took me out on the road and answered questions, and made me feel welcome. Joe and I went back and forth on pricing and we came to an agreement that we could both be happy with. Tracy worked with me on financing options. I did panic when it came down to the actual purchase and left with buying, I never once felt pressured, everyone was so incredibly nice.
