I usually try to be positive and find the best in people, but this was the worst business experience I have ever experienced. The staff lied several times throughout the process and then sold the car out from under us while we were setting up a time to come to buy it. Then, they pressed us to buy a more expensive car. The worst part was how the manager spoke to my wife, very rude, dismissive, and condescending. We will never have dealings with this dealership again. Ever.

I had a great experience. The staff was great Devon did and amazing job communicating with me. He got me approved within 30 min. Over all the car I got was what I wanted my only issue was it was not cleaned on the inside at all. It was really nasty I had to clean it myself. I know it was bought as is I expected the inside to be clean though.

Made an appointment for 2:15. Drove over an hour to get there. It was already bought and no one cared to let the people who made an appointment know. They also acknowledged that they knew how far I lived, but still didn’t say anything. Got a car from a different dealership and had a 10/10 experience.

This was my first ever buying experience without test driving or even touching the vehicle. Everyone at this dealership walked me through the sale evert step of the way. Very happy with the whole experience.

Price was 21,000 more than advertised. I thought the price was a mistake but unfortunately it took nearly 20 texts email and harassing phone calls to answer one simple question.

I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Town & Country Ford. Also, Carl was great & the process was transparent, easy.
