After dealing with several questionable dealerships in SC and NC I decided to take a chance with the F-150 at Haggerty Ford. John Czech was my salesman. What a fantastic salesman and human being. John is 83 and is a two time cancer survivor. He was honest and everything he said he would do he 100% did. No hidden fees or shady tactics. I received the truck yesterday and it exceeded expectations. It was in perfect condition and exceptionally clean. I have purchased over 20 cars in my lifetime and by far my best experience was from an 83 year old cancer survivor located 1000 miles away in West Chicago by the name of John Czech. John, it was an honor to work with you.

Went to the dealership and car wasn’t there. Told my husband it was out for recall. I reached out twice to see when car would be available. Received a email and text asking me when I would like to test drive. Then I reached back out to see when available. They told me it was sent for service and I’d hear back by Monday. Wednesday I got a message it was sold. Terrible language barrier and was told the cars come in and people don’t take care of the vehicles. Then they fix them up and sell them. Poor commutation and no response! I would not go back!

The car Broke down on the test drive and I had to sit on the side of the road for about 90 min waiting for a rescue. When I talked to the manager Pete I joked with him about a deep discount jokingly to make light of the situation. He said not sure he can do that now he had to buy a batter for the truck.

I have bought cars over the internet, from some distance away, several times over the past 15yrs. this dealer made it easy and treated me as if I was a local. I have been unable to complete purchases like this in the past so this is not always the rule.

Staff was nice it was a pleasant process the car is great but the car has 2 issues it misfires under heavy load probably just spark plugs and someone left a crank case breather hose unplugged not big issues especially for a 10 year old car
