Excellent rapport with customer -NO GAMES PLAYED - which unfortunately is very apparent at the other 3 dealerships I visited -other dealers like to pack on fees and when they said they were being transparent - I laughed out loud at these other dealers and salespeople - I am very familiar with car sales and dealership "actions'. I would have no problem recommending Ford Fairfield if one is looking to buy new or used.

The guys at the Ron Dupratt used dealership were very and helpful and very good at their job. Victor Martinez Jr went above and beyond for me. Good man. He deserves a raise for how well he took care of me. Very honest and a real people person. I’ve been shopping around and no car salesman was as knowledgeable as Victor. I really appreciate the fact that he drove Fords as well as sold fords. Makes a real difference. I can’t stand it when a salesmen drives a different vehicle from the dealership where he works.

My husband and I have purchased about 8 cars in the passed 20 years for our family. This was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences we have ever had. We live 2.5 hours away from Walnut Creek Ford and it was truly worth the drive. The salesman Omar was absolutely amazing! By the end of the sale it was like being with one of our own kids. Omar was truly genuine. He was very personable, friendly, direct, no hassle, there were no hidden fees. Everything was direct, up front and only what was required. He really wants to get the best deal for everyone. Meeting the others at the dealership, they were the same way. It is a smaller family owned dealership. It was the best, most friendly family like dealership environment that we had ever experienced. For that reason, the next time we buy a vehicle they will be the first ones we go to and hopefully the only ones. Our whole family may have to switch to driving Ford vehicles. We truly recommend going to Walnut Creek Ford.
