Terrible. Hard to communicate with and get information. Salesman was very cocky and arrogant. Car needed extensive repairs which were in mechanical Inspection that took me almost 5 days of asking to receive. I would not recommend this dealer.

Initially, it appeared there was a lack of willingness to engage in a business transaction. Upon inspecting the Mustang, we discovered it contained a significant amount of water, which was quite surprising given its presentation. Despite this, I inquired about similar alternatives, but the salesperson exhibited a distinct lack of interest, maintaining a highly casual demeanor. Approximately a week later, I contacted them again regarding new inventory that I had observed on their application. However, the salesperson seemed unaware of these additions or perhaps disinclined to facilitate a sale. Regardless, I will not be conducting any future business with this establishment.

I was impressed that the listed price is also their OTD price. This is unusual, but very welcome from a customer point of view. The salesman, Angel Martinez, was excellent. There was a mixup with my OTD price, considering my tradein, but my salesman was able to get this fixed and I received a refund check. No car buying experience is fun, but I received a good deal on my auto purchase and am very happy with my new ride. I would recommend this dealership for a car purchase, especially if you can work with Angel.
